Q2: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You may cancel within 12 hours if the item has not been processed or shipped.

Once shipped (usually from overseas), cancellation is not possible.

Air express orders tale typically take 3–14 business days to reach the client.

Sea shipment take 30-60 days to arrive to the client.

Q8: My order hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it?

If it exceeds 14 days for air express or 60 days for sea shipment, contact our customer

Q9: Do you deliver to my postcode/area?

Yes! PikExpress delivers to Accra and major cities in Ghana.

Returns & Support

Q10: Can I return an item?
