Returns & Refunds


RETURN POLICIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of use will not be accepted.

• Certain items are non-returnable.

2. Return Request Procedure

• Customers must initiate a return request through their Pikexpress account or by

contacting support@Pikexpress.com.

• A return request should include the order number, reason for return, and supporting

photos (if applicable).

• Once approved, Pikexpress will provide a return authorization number and instructions

on how to return the product.

• Returns sent without authorization may be rejected or delayed.

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, Pikexpress will notify the customer

via email regarding refund approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original

payment method.

• Refunds may take additional time depending on the customer’s bank or payment

provider.

• For customers opting for store credit, a credit code or wallet balance will be issued for

future purchases

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed if items meet criteria above in 1 above: for size, colour, or

product variations, subject to availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, Pikexpress may offer a store credit.

• Customers are required to initiate the exchange request within 3 days of receiving the

product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must report it within 48 hours of

delivery.• A photo or video showing the issue must be attached to the report.

• Pikexpress will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost once the

claim is verified.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Undergarments, swimwear, and hygiene-related products.

• Personalized or custom-made items.

• Discounted products.

7. Condition of Returned Goods

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

• If the item is damaged due to improper handling, Pikexpress reserves the right to deduct

a restocking fee or deny the refund.

• Customers must report issues within 48-72 hours after delivery

• Missing accessories, manuals, or packaging may result in partial refunds.

8. Refund Denials

Pikexpress reserves the right to reject a return if:

• The product is returned without authorization.

• The return period has expired.

• The product shows signs of use or tampering.

• The customer has a history of excessive returns.
