A1.The charging port of product does not have waterproof function, and the circuit board is flooded with water. The foolproof function has expired, and it is recommended not to use it again

Q2. The product cannot start normally, and the indicator light flashes red;

A2. The cup on the juicer is not installed correctly, please reinstall the cup. During the installation process of the cup, the indicator light flashes blue, indicating that the cup is installed correctly;

A3. The product battery is low and can only be used after being fully charged;

A5. The product will automatically stop after idling for 5 seconds. The normal single working time is about 30 seconds. If you need to work again, please press the switch to restart.
